Executive Team

Jennifer Nelson-Seals, MSHRM, Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer joined Interfaith House just prior to its opening in 1994. Since that time, she has held progressively responsible positions in operations management, organizational and program development, and finance. Ms. Nelson-Seals holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Robert Morris College.

Kenyetta Jackson, CPA, Finance Director
Kenyetta has more than a decade of for-profit and not-for profit financial experience. Ms. Jackson served on the staff of the Interfaith Council for the Homeless as a fiscal associate from 1994 to 1996, at which time she joined the Interfaith House staff. Ms. Jackson was named Director of Finance in 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Central College.

Pamela Kerr, MSW, Associate Executive Director
Pamela began her work at Interfaith House in 2001, as a case manager. She also served as Behavioral Health Services Manager before becoming Program Director. Pamela has more than twenty years of non-profit experience, primarily working with the homeless, children and families. She studied social work at Aurora University, earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree.

Christine Holt, Director of Development
Christine has over 15 years of experience in healthcare-related social services and nonprofit development. While earning a B.A. in International Ministries at Moody Bible Institute, she began working with local and foreign outreach organizations serving those leaving poverty and homelessness. She has served in donor relations and communications with several Chicago nonprofits, including New Moms Inc. and Donors Forum. She joined the Interfaith House team in 2013.
